Can my Xbox live account be transferred to a new Microsoft Account?

Can you transfer a Xbox live subscription to another one? so if I create a new Microsoft account for the offline profile can I transfer my subscription over?

I was recently locked out of my Microsoft account after some else gained access to it and fraudulently purchased items.

My attempts to recover the account and verify that I am the owner have been denied daily for over a month and as a result I have created a new Microsoft account.

Is there any way that I can unlink my Xbox live from my old account and add it to my new account so that I don't lose the hundreds of games that I have digitally purchased and the unique tag that I have had for almost 15 years?

Unfortunately nothing is transferable between accounts.

Even if it were possible it would likely have required having access to the original account anyways.

All you can do is keep trying the recovery form.

The recovery form isn't even being acknowledged anymore. The only email reply I receive at this point says I've tried too many times and must create a new account.

Sadly I wish I could simply just change the email however I can't because my mom is still using and needed her Microsoft account and email. And I do not wish to transfer the data form the Xbox live profile to new profile I wish to transfer the actual Xbox
Live profile to a new Microsoft account.
