Can my username be reverted back to my previous one?

I arrived home today and noticed that my Minecraft username was different from what it was before. I believe one of my friends might have changed it, as I haven’t logged into the account myself. I changed the account's email earlier today, but the username remains the same.

If you're referring to your Minecraft Java Edition username, you can change it with the following steps:

1. Log in here

https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login

2. Under Minecraft: Java Edition, select Change Profile Name.

3. View your existing profile name or enter a new name and click the Change Your Profile Name button.

If you're referring to the Bedrock Edition, the gamertag used by the game is your Xbox account gamertag, which you can change here

My friend changed my username, so I am very upset about it. I do not like my username they changed it to. Please if there is anything you can do to help me change my username. I would have to wait 27 days to change.

All you can do is wait to change it again. Your friend should not have access to your account.

I was worried that my tag would revert back to my previous one, i hope that isnt the case. I guess i’ll have to wait and hope it’s able to eventually update.

Is there a way to revert back to a previous version of the Insider/Preview program. If so, I would suggest reverting back to a previous build if possible
