    Can my friends or other people see my app history on Xbox one?


    I'm very curious to know the answer to this question, cause my friend told me what i was watching on youtube, and it kind of creeped me out, cause i had no idea how he knew what i was watching or searching up, keep in mind i was on an xbox one not a computer
    or anything where someone could of hacked me. But i figured out there is a setting on xbox one where you can allow or block people from viewing your game history and "app history" i was basically wondering can people see what i watched on youtube, netflix
    or any other app on xbox for example? if so that's really odd and they need to change this setting, i blocked my friends and everyone from being able to see my games and app history but regardless kind of an invasion of privacy if they show everything you
    searched up and watched on youtube.

    To change privacy and safety settings for your account

    1. Sign in to your Xbox.
    2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then go to System > Settings > Account.
    3. Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live privacy.
    4. Choose a default, or customize your settings by selecting View details & customize.

    I can regularly see what my friends are doing on Xbox just by looking at my friends list, but it doesn't give any specific details, just the app you are using

    It shouldn't show specific video titles that you're watching. However you can go into more details in your Privacy settings, as I know you can choose to share music info or excercise info with friends there, so you can choose to block it.
