    Can my dad block my Xbox 360 from connecting to xbox live?


    Whenever i try to sign in with my profile on my xbox 360, i get error "8015190B".

    so i tried searching it up, Xbox 360 Can't Connect to Xbox Live, and non of them work, except when i directly
    connect my xbox to the modem (not theough the router), and the solutins page says that my router is faulty and i need a new one, but i'm sure that this isn't the case since i'm able to connect to the internet using my PC and my iPad (through the router).

    so ithen i thought that my dad blocked my xbox (i don't know how), because he doesn't want me to play online.

    but if that's the case, how can i figure out if that's correct or not? And how can i unblock it?

    Finding old Xbox Live friend's.

    Im Trying to find an old friend from 2012-2013 me and her were really great friends but my dad sold my xbox and i got a new one 3 months later and when i came back she was gone and before my dad sold my xbox i was trying to remove someone then i accidently
    pressed Block .... and im trying to find an old meassege from her so i can add her again

    If your dad blocked you from playing online then no one here will be able to help you out. You'll have to work it out with him.

    And it is actually quite easy to block access to consoles to the internet

    I don't think your dad blocked your internet. There's a problem going on with XBL right now where people can't seem to sign in, read more here:

    I don't see how answering those questions helps you or me because they all seem to have something to do with internet connection which isn't the problem in my case.

    My account + my dad's xbox (same house as me, same internet connection) = Connected to Xbox LIVE

    My Dad's account + my dad's xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

    My Dad's account + my xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

    My account + my xbox = Can't connect to Xbox LIVE

    I doubt it has anything to do with my internet. Sorry if I seem like an @@@ for not wanting to answer the questions but they seem like a waste of time.

    Glad, well, not glad, but relieved that there seems to be an answer to the problem. I live in a county near Baltimore with Verizon as my ISP and the same issue. However, I have two 360s in two different homes (my parents are separated), and both homes are
    in the same county, however the 360 at my Dad's is the only one with this issue, and all is well *knocks on wood* at my Mom's. However, at my Dad's I can connect to everything Microsoft except Xbox Live. Weird stuff.
