Can Microsoft just please fix this?

I'm still having a problem with purchases since I need to ask permission from a parent account. Everybody tells me to just sign into that account or email and do something from there to fix it. I can't. That parent email no longer exists so I can't do
anything. So isn't there something that the Microsoft team can do to get rid of that account.I have made other purchases online but this is the online time its asked me for permisson, please help.

Have you tried contacting the support team directly using the website below? if there is an issue with the account they may be able to help fix it or if you are old enough they might be able to migrate your account to an adult one.

Try to check the birthdate on the Your
