    Can Microsoft bring back purchasing a console via insider app again?


    Trying to purchase a console through Microsoft but the bots swipe everything in a second. Wish we could register to have a chance to be selected to purchase a console. Similar to Sony Direct.

    I guess a factor in being chosen would be things like active gold, how long you’ve had gold and maybe like one account per console. Fighting bots is tiring.

    I use HotStock and check others but still haven’t been lucky to snag a XSX

    If you want to leave the insider program then you can do that via the insider app on your console.

    Missing Game Disc Not Returned

    Microsoft does state to remove all accessories and any disc that might be inside the console before you send it back, as they are not guaranteed to be returned. You agree to this before you send it back. Your only option is to purchase the game again.

    Hi there,

    the Xbox Insider program is mostly meant to get Updates (to the console or for Windows Insider for the PC) earlier and use/test them. If you encounter issues you can report then via the Feedback option within the Insider app or use the forums to report them.

    On Both PC and Xbox there are quests (or surveys) that can be done and accessible via the Insider Hub (App)

    There have been games in the past, but that's a rare thing.
