when can players purchase games from others that no longer want to play certain games so basically have a community market where we can exchange games for Store credit

So if some one puts a game on for £40 Microsoft takes 5-10% of all profits and the person takes the rest

I havent received the code for my extra 600 microsoft points

On the 1st April, I redeemed a year's membership for Xbox Live and it came with an additional 600 microsoft points.

I still havent received the code to allow me to download the 600 points

Can you help please

Sign in to your Microsoft Account.

From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.

Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.

Hi how are you.!
It may be that this game is for a particular region, so it won't let you download it. The other thing you can try is to redeem the game code, from your Microsoft page.
If from there it does not let you redeem it, you should contact the seller, and see if they can exchange it for one for your region.

If you've already redeemed the code, there is nothing that can be done. If you haven't redeemed the code, you'd need to continue to work with Amazon to see if they can exchange it. Microsoft can't exchange it since it wasn't purchased through them.

I bought my game pass subscription on amazon and redeemed it on microsoft but when i get on the game it says i havent redeemed my subscription and when i check my order history it says i havent redeemed it but when i reput the code in it says redeemed

Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store. If you've already redeemed the gift card, it cannot be exchanged for a gold card.
