Can log onto PC but not 360.

I've been having trouble with logging into my account on my Xbox for a while now. I know my password, but every time i try to log in it says that the email and password are incorrect. I've made sure to use correct spelling and everything, and have reset
my password at least 5 times, but it still won't work. I can still use the same account info to log on the computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

xbox live gold connection issues

After completing the latest Minecraft update, it automatically logged me out of my xbox live gold account on the xbox 360. It will not allow me to log back in, but I can log onto my account using the PC with no issues. Any ideas?

How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

Before you remove your profile, you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Do you have 2-step verification on? If so then your xbox would not want your password. It would want the "app password". You can check if 2-step is on at account.live.com. Go to security and privacy, then more security settings. It may ask you to verify
your account. After that though, you can scroll down the page to check for two-step ver. Hope this helps! =)

 

Hi GlisMajor.......if you changed the password on your account, and you are on a 360, you need to download your profile to the console. Sign out of all accounts, hit the guide button (big silver X button) go to download profile. Anytime you make changes
on the website it does not sync up to your console. Your console only knows the password you have stored on it already. That's why you have to download the profile again with the new password so it can override the stored one. Hope that helps.
