    Pretty much what the title says, but I'll reiterate.

    There are 2 separate accounts on this xbox one, so this is not an account issue. I am successfully connected to the internet which is functioning normally. Sometimes I am able to sign into my xbox account but it is not connected to live, sometimes I am unable
    to even sign into my account at all. My live subscription is up-to-date. I did try restarting, unplugging, everything that you should do when something isn't working. The error it gives me when I try to connect is 0x87DD0004 but that doesn't make sense, because
    that error code is for downloading content, and I am just trying to login. I am not downloading anything. Additionally, I used Xbox Assist and it said everything was normal and fine, which it clearly isn't, so that did not help. I can't find anything else
    about this particular issue online, though I will keep looking. Please help if you know something about this, I wanted to play some Ark today Can log into account but not into live. I am connected to the internet and have an updated... :( sad.

    I am logged into my windows live account, no problem. I can log into xbox live account, no problem. Majong and Solitare cannot connect to internet. Ran all checks on my computer through troubleshooting. Nothing works.
