    See the link below for Xbox Live supported countries, and official Xbox statement. As you can play Xbox offline anywhere, however Xbox Live may or may not work depending on which country you're in.

    "Xbox Live is not available on Xbox 360 in these countries. Not all Xbox Live features on Xbox 360 are supported on Xbox One. Multiplayer between Xbox One and Xbox 360 is not supported. Customer Support for Xbox Live is only available in countries where

    Yes and No. Xbox One may be used in all countries, including the non-launched markets (keeping in mind power supply adapters). In addition, Xbox One games are not region locked. Any Xbox One game purchased at retail can be used in any country on any Xbox
    One. You can use one of the 13 digital marketplaces corresponding to the launch markets, assuming you have a valid payment instrument for those countries. Hope this helps!
