Can i use the xbox app on a browser

so basically my question is if i can use some sort of webside as a replacement of the app so download games play them with no problem. I have a very particular thing and i dont wanna download the app i was wondering if there is some kind of solution out there for me. I have xbox game pass ultimate just to clarify

I'm afraid if you want to download games directly, you'll need to use the app. The Xbox App is perfectly safe to use. Windows 11 even has it built in.

You only need to use the app to download games. It does not need to running to launch the games installed using it.

I bought a Logitech Revue with Google TV. I recommend it for anyone who wants to do anything the XBox does (besides playing XBox games) consider Google TV instead. To heck with paying for XBox Live Gold just to use Netflix: you get 1080p Netflix without
having to pay an additional $3 per month.

Microsoft, stop telling customers what to want (i.e. a browser on their XBox) and JUST GIVE IT TO THEM.
