    Hello everyone, I am trying to make a new account for xbox live cause I don't use my old one, I wanted to use the same email but it won't let me saying it is already used, is there a way to disconnect my email from the old one to my new account?

    You can not use the same email on two different accounts. You would have to change the email on the other account so it
    "free's up" the email you would like to use.

    If you see a different gamertag and different account content you are definitely using a different email, you could try using your accounts on the Xbox app until you find the same gamertag, it's completely sure you are using a different email as you can create one account per email, it's not possible create a second account with the same email
