    My friend lent me his card after buying his own destiny digital copy, but when i try to buy the same thing here in my console, it keeps saying that i don't have permissions, how to proceed? Thanks, good morning all

    I have tried 2 different credit cards to buy a game but I m receiving same error code which seen on the below web page....

    I usually use same credit cards for my all internet shopping. You can also check my orders to see same problem.

    Unable to purchase a game

    I tried to purchase a game today on the Xbox 360 Store and I get an error when finishing the purchase. When researching on the web for a solution, most of the problems were with credit card, but I can purchase Xbox One games with the same credit card I'm
    trying to use for the 360 AND a friend was able to buy this same game I'm trying on his Xbox account using my credit card. So I really don't understand where the problem is... I can buy games for Xbox One, a friend is able to buy games for Xbox One and 360
    all in one Credit Card, but I can't buy a 360 game... Do you have an idea about where the problem is? Any help is appreciated.

    Once a credit card has been added to your account it cannot be removed while the account is in Gold membership status. I'm not trying to be rude here but your friend is showing a lot of trust for you to lend you his card.

    You would be able to use the card on your console when it is attached to your account but the message you received suggests that you don't have permission to purchase the item due to restrictions on your account. If you are under 18 then have your parents
    change your permissions.

    He is an old friend, we are from brazil and buying with a international credit way cheaper than the conventional...Qbout the age, nah, isnt account restrictions, it says something like "contact your bank" seems like a creditcard issue, but he just bought
    his copy, so, the card is ok!! Sorry for my bad english

    No worries. With the message you received it may be the card was flagged due to the different ip addresses used with it. He will need to contact the bank to let them know it's authorized.

    But i have a few consoles x360 and i wanna buy game on xbox 360 bcse when i buy game on first conosle then i can play on other accounts without license moving on this first console and for second console i transfer license and the same game will be on 2 my consoles thats why i wanna buy on xbox 360 the game not on xbox one

    Buying a game with account credit and Xbox gift card are one and the same thing, as when you redeem your gift card it will be added to your account credit. System has worked perfectly as it should. It's a well known information that Xbox 360 games can not
    be purchased using credit on Xbox One. I'm sorry to hear that you were not aware of this information and had bad experience with support.

    Because Xbox git card is already redeemed, I do not think it can be refunded. You can probably use it to buy another Xbox One game during the upcoming sales. You will have to use your credit card or PayPal to purchase the Xbox 360 game.
