A gold subscription is tied to an account, not a console so you can use the gold subscription on any Xbox console (360 and/or One) the account is on.

i wanna use another windows live account on my new xbox one..

I have an account already with a gamertag and gold membership since some years but i want to change the xbox gold membership and gamertag to another live account because the new one is my primary account (with skydrive,...)

So how can i handle it on the new xbox dashboard? The one from "karachi king" is the step-by-step guide for the old dashboard...

If I have xbox live membership and i get a new code for a different region to get a memebership again will i have to wait for my xbox live gold to expire and then change regions to use the new code?

Gold membership codes are region locked and can only be used for accounts that are set as the same region the code is for.

In this particular case, if you've moved to the region you're purchasing the code from you would be able to change your tag and use the code right away.
