Can I use my Xbox PC Game Pass subscription with nVidia GeForce Now?

The good news are that Microsoft recently signed a deal to bring Xbox PC games to Nvidia’s GeForce Now game-streaming service.

But I believe you currently still have to buy games individually before you can play them on GeForce Now

Sadly that's not how GeForce Now works. To play games via NVIDIA's streaming platform you need to own the PC versions of the games it supports. Most games that GeForce Now supports are only available on Steam, with select titles available from GoG, Epic Games and EA.

Game Pass Ultimate Streaming uses Microsoft's own servers and currently GeForce Now is not associated with Microsoft's XGPU.

That's not entirely accurate . There are large number games you can play without having to buy them.

For example Both Xbox game pass and Ubisoft+ subscribers are given access to number of games by simply paying a monthly fee.

And will not all of those games are supported through GeForce now at large majority of them are.

The deal is only valid for accounts that never had a Game Pass subscription before.

Were you a subscriber in the past? If you were, you wouldn't be able to use the code in your account.

This was taken from the NVIDIA website:

"If you’ve never tried PC Game Pass, now’s the perfect time! We’ve partnered with Xbox to give GeForce gamers 3 months of access to PC Game Pass for free, starting June 4th! Valid for new Xbox Game Pass members only. "

But, if you are a new subscriber and still can't use the code, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Subscription"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Manage my subscription" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.

You can now play pc games from GeForce now due to ms and nvidia partnering via edge on the xbox but mouse and keyboard is iffy
