Can I use my Xbox One overseas?

Ive had an Xbox One from Hong Kong I’ve been using for 5 years and am now in the US. Is it possible for me to use it here? I have an adapter to change the plug but would there be any issues with the voltage possibly being different or something? Ive tried
setting it up but the light on the power unit thing wont turn on. The power supply brick says its input is 200-240V, is that going to work in the US?

No, you need a US power supply, 120v

You need to change the power supply brick to a US one which should say 110-120v.

The xbox is no problem, just the games, using the content from our US account is the problem, Im posted in Singapore and cant access squat over here. I can play some games but all movies and new add ons are a problem, jes no hulu or netflix, neither xbox
video so that kinda sucks.

Any one knows a way I can cheat around it?

Hello OP here. Yes, I solved the problem by buying a transformer for the power, which works fine, and flashing a router with dd-wrt that now parks on a New York IP address for my Xbox and Apple TV. I went with Strong VPN for the IP service and it works fine.
It's only rarely too slow to stream 1080p- maybe once a month.
