    Yes you sure can, you can even have the same account online in both the xbox one and 360 at the same time!

    Gold does not share across accounts on the 360. So if your kids have gold by sharing with you on the One, they will not have gold on the 360. They would each need their own subscription if they want to use gold on the 360.
