    Currently no. That was an option at one time, but when they brought Design Lab back it wasn't available.

    Looks like there's no way at all to use microsoft account balances on Xbox Design Lab. Sales on Xbox Design Lab are handled by DR globalTech Inc, not Microsoft. So whatever balance you have can only be used through the microsoft/xbox store, not this third party provider. That is not good business.
