    I used a vpn on Microsoft rewards to get point because I didnt see anything on the Microsoft terms about it or anything noticable about it. And know I'm afraid that I might get banned. Somebody help me!

    If you use a VPN for security purposes it's alright. If you used the VPN to bypass region restrictions, then you can get banned.

    I wouldn't recommend using VPN's in the relationship with Xbox Live.
