Can i use a new account online if my old one was perma suspended?? Need clarification

Hi,

i am very worried. Last week was perma suspended on my old account due to refunds. Could no longer sign on to live.

I added a new profile to my xbox one and i have been able to play my digital games online again, obviously having to start them over.

I am very worried. am I allowed to do this? I have call of duty digital and i was able to play multiplayer online as well as chat to friends. Am I breaking the tos by doing this?

was the account banned or was i the person banned? Please could someone clarify for me because i do not want to risk further problems with xbox enforcement.

will my downloaded games stay on the console? Will they be taken away? I have almost £1000 worth on it. The tos says that i lose any licences tied to my old account, so is it ok for me to still play my digital games?

i dont want any trouble, just a straight answer because this last week has been hell and i get worried about it constantly. I am not trying to lie or fraud anyone, i just want to game and have fun.

Please can someone clarify, i cant ask enforcement because the case is closed and no way to talk to them, and customer support i have no money to ring, this is the only place i can ask.

 

If you believe you were banned for playing games you had refunded, then playing those games on a new account is likely not a good idea. Microsoft can identify consoles and what profiles have been used on them.

 

Starting a new account is fine as is playing any digital games on that console.

It's the account that was banned,not the person.

 

No i wasnt banned for playing games i had refunded, i was banned for too many refunds. Those games were not used after the refunds .I was enquiring about the many other games i bought on the system.

Ok daft badger thanks for you response. As i said i have done nothing complex here, simply added a new account to the xbox one and my games and multiplayer are all still working. I intend to just play and enjoy myself, not looking for any more problems.
