Can I use a Laptop as a monitor screen for my Xbox One S?

Unfortunately no you can't use a laptop as a monitor but you can stream your xbox to your computer if you have Windows 10

Yes you can but the only way to stream your xbox to your laptop

There is also a way to capture via capture device and use it that way as a monitor per say . But the HDMI connections on most laptops are output Not input, so it would be streaming or capture device to get what you are after.

You could stream on mixer through your xbox and then you could put your own stream up on your laptop but there will be a 2 second delay with the control inputs, if you're playing a slow game it should work fine though.
