Can i use 2 pre-paid credit cards?

pre paid credit card or pre paid xbox live card? i have the money in the bank now can i not just use that?

Thank you for coming to the Forums with your question. Now these cards are prepaid (Visa, mastercard)? cards? In most cases you won't be able to use these cards as they don't have any billing information tied to the cards. You would need to stick to using
an actual debit or credit card, paypal, or Microsoft currency.

If you're trying to do a split payment between 2 cards, (for example pay $10 on one and remaining amount on another) no.

The system does a split payment when currency on an account doesn't cover the entire bill, so any additional still owed would be paid with the credit card on file. Otherwise any fee/cost all goes direct against one card.

Yes buy pre-paid cards from a game shop or similar retailer.

There are two types,xbox credits and gold membership cards, be sure you get the right one.

Pre-paid card credits can not be used to buy gold time.

Did you purchase with a credit card, or a pre-paid code? If a pre-paid code was used, unfortunately you will not be eligible for the free game as this particular promo required an Xbox Live purchase using a credit card.
