Can I use 2 headsets on one xbox live account?

I can understand your frustration with all the bad luck you have been having. And, for the record, I am not part of the Microsoft staff nor an Xbox customer support employee. But, I can say that we have 2 Xbox Ones and 1 Xbox One S, and 2 of the

Xbox One Stereo Headsets. And, both headsets work well, with and without the
Stereo Headset Adapters, on all our Xboxes.

Im on xbox one using xbox live and headset and my friend is on ps4 with a headset. I can hear him but he cant hear me

The same problem has happened to me. One user might use the headset and one only. If you tried using two headsets into two different controllers, it won't work. I've tried to do the same when I first got mine with my cousin.

Example; If Player 1 has the headset in and is talking perfectly fine, Player 2 cannot use the other headset and speak to the other users as well. It must be into one controller, (the one that is signed into Xbox Live).

First off, you will not be capable of using a headset with a guest account, online chat is only available to those with an Xbox Live Gold subscription. So if you intend on doing that you are unfortunately out of luck. As for the headsets, the xbox should
have come with a regular av cables, those can be used with the turtle beach headsets. As for using two headsets at once, I have never tried this but according to the official TurtleBeach website they say two headsets may be used at once, but only on separate
accounts.

If the problem persists, I recommend to try
using a Headset Adapter for compatibility issues. To help clarify, What headsets are you trying to use? Have you checked the

network ports for Xbox Live servers?
