Can I update during suspension?

I have a 14 day suspension up in a few days for a silly profile pic.

I want to get my CoD BO4 to update ready for when I can play again. Am i able to update my games whilst on a multiplayer suspension? I'm opening the game (whilst signed in) but have no update prompt.... I know there have been updates available since my suspension.
Do I have to wait until I'm fully active? I'm on an Xbox One S.

To physically check for updates you need to go to your my games and apps, then scroll down to updates where you should see black ops 4. Then hit the select button and you can queue it to update from there.

As far as I am aware a suspension only limits you access to Xbox Live and not to the internet itself. Turn the console on and connect it to the internet (it will most likely have to be done signed out of your account) and just check your games and apps for
updates.

If nothing shows up then I guess not.

Depends on your suspension. Comms suspensions still allow activity online.
