    Can I undo buying spartan pints with in game credits


    I made the assumption that you could spend spartan points to buy credits not realizing it's the other way around, is there a way to undo my purchase to get my credits back so I can buy something I actually want? Can I also undo buying a battle pass since the only reason I got it was to get the spartan points?

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. I understand how frustrating that can be.

    Unfortunately, purchases made with in-game credits or Spartan Points in Halo Infinite are generally non-refundable, including Battle Passes or other items purchased from the shop. Once the transaction is confirmed in-game, it's considered final.

    Refunds are only possible for purchases made directly in the Microsoft Store with a Microsoft balance, with a credit/debit card or Paypal.

    I refunded a game and now I've changed my mind, I can't outright buy the game as I pre ordered and received a exculsive pre order bonus, however this DLC is now not available for purchase, can I give back my credit that I got from the refund and get the game + exculsive content back?
    No. There is no way to undo a refund once its already been made and received.

    Once a game has been refunded the money will be credited back to your account already that’s why there’s no option to undo the changes.
