Can I transfer Xbox profile data to a new Microsoft account?

Sadly I wish I could simply just change the email however I can't because my mom is still using and needed her Microsoft account and email. And I do not wish to transfer the data form the Xbox live profile to new profile I wish to transfer the actual Xbox
Live profile to a new Microsoft account.

Do you happen to know of anything for the Xbox one?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on making a new account. There currently is no way for you to move or transfer content between profiles. However, you can always change your primary sign in email by following the steps here on How
to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account.

When you get the chance, look that over and consider giving that a shot.
