    I bought xbox 12 month game pass for my grandson and downloaded it by mistake. Is there a way to transfer it to his xbox? I dont even have and xbox!

    You would have to try contacting support to see if they can cancel it and give you a token to redeem on the correct account. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Otherwise,
    nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my 12 month code it just says that an error occured with XBL and that the code can not be redeemed...

    did you redeem the code on your account on the wrong xbox, if so just go to download history on your xbox and download.

    if you redeemed it on someone elses name on someone elses xbox then you may have lost it as there is no way to transfer it to another account.
