Can I transfer my Xbox One (not series x or s) data to another console?

I have a regular Xbox One. Not a series x or s, just a regular Xbox One. The touch button that turns them on hasn't been working for a while now, along with the eject button. I was okay with it since I could just do all of that with my controller and didn't want to spend money on a new console. Unfortunately, I allowed my friend to borrow my controller for his Xbox Series S. Since it is connected to that console, I cannot disconnect it from that console, but I cannot connect it to my console, and thus I cannot turn it on. I can tell that the console still works because it hums when I plug it in, but I cannot turn it on.

So my question is, is there a way to transfer all my data from my console to another? If not, is there a way to fix my Xbox One so that I can at least turn it on? For context, I have tried literally every way to fix my console outside of getting it repaired, and nothing worked.

What games are you transferring? Which consoles are involved? If it's transferring from, say, a Series X/S to an Xbox One, then it may be because the games are S/X versions.

As to the expansion pack, I believe that is only available to the account that bought it and the console that account is on...it can't be transferred to another account on another console

If you need another USB C cable that is compatible with data transfers, make sure it says something like 'Sync and charge'. All USB C cables that support data transfer can be used on Xbox Series X|S controllers.

You would just sign into the other console with your same account. From there you can redownload any purchases (or move them over through an external hard drive or network transfer). As long as you're playing online, your saves are stored on the cloud so once you play a game it'll resync with your save.
