Can content that has been license transferred through 360 be moved to xbox one?

I have many games on my 360 that I enjoy playing that have been license transferred to me. A few games have recently become backwards compatible that I want to transfer onto my xbox one, but those games have been license transferred. Is there a way that
I can get the games from my 360, that I license transferred, onto my xbox one?

There's not a way to transfer licenses between the two, but anything you owned for the 360 that is backwards compatible will automatically be available for you as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps.

To add to what Smwutches said as long as you sign into the same account that is on your 360 and it is the account that purchased the games digitally any game that is on the list at the following link

Available games

will automatically show up in your ready to install section on your xbox one.

Now if you have a game on that list that is a disc game you can put the disc into the console and it will download and install that game to your xbox one console but you would need to keep the disc in the console to play the game.

To let someone else use the content license, you must download your Xbox Live profile to their Xbox 360 console. Then, transfer your content licenses to that Xbox 360 console.

You can't directly transfer anything from the 360 to the One. Anything you purchased on your account that is backwards compatible will show in your Games and Apps area under Ready to Install as long as you sign into the same account that purchased the games.

I understand, but I meant Content Licenses; ONLY for example, say I transferred the licenses from my old 360 to a 360 slim, and then transferred the games as well with a 360 transfer cable; will I need to transfer the Content Licenses as shown by here
before I can re-download them (the content that is backwards compatible at least) onto my xbox one s, or can I just erase my old 360 hard drive and just start "fresh" so to speak

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.
