Can I transfer games to a new XBOX account ?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to transfer games to a new profile. However you can game share with that profile by setting the original as your home. Keep in mind that if any of those games require the original profile to have Xbox Live to access them,
you may need to keep the subscription up to date. Here's how you can set your profile as home on your Xbox.

If you are wanting to simply change your gamertag you can do so for $10 USD, which may be easier than making a new profile and losing your games. I've provided a link for this as well

Games you buy digitally on the store are always tied with the account that bought them. There is no way to transfer them. If you want you could change your gamertag. The only thing that you should keep in mind, is that a gamertag change will cost you 10
bugs. The only change that comes free is the change from a random gamertag that was made from Microsoft and you just take that.

You are probably better off paying to change your gamertag, then end up having to pay to download any purchased items again.

Unfortunatly you wont be able to transfer digital content from one account to the other.

You can however game share between 2 accounts, but some DLC and in game purchased items wont be able to be shared. all depends on the developer.
