    Hello,

    I purchased an online code via Amazon, but when I went to download the code to my account, it went to a wrong account that isn't being used. How do I transfer the Game Pass to my active account?

    I'm not sure if you understood my question though. I don't want to transfer the Game Pass to another Microsoft Account, I want to unlink the Microsoft account from one Ea account and link it to another and I want to make sure the Game Pass will transfer with it.

    Thanks for your post. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer a subscription from one account to another. You may want to use the Contact Us portal to speak to an agent about your accounts for options.

    Sorry, it's not possible to transfer any progress/game saves or content from one account to another. You can also not transfer any sort of avatar custom items from one account to another.

    You can transfer licences from one Xbox to another, using the same account, but there's no way to transfer licences from one account to another.
