Can I transfer/copy xbox game pass games between 2 xboxes?

I have an xbox one X in a family room. I then also have an older Xbox One in a living room. They are both connected via hard wired over my home network. All works good.

I also have an Xbox game pass. Both Xbox One units share my Comcast internet connection. In the past, I have downloaded the same games twice on each unit. Since my Comcast internet has a 1TB data cap limit & I have recently been getting close to this monthly
limit (800GB+), is there possibly any way of transferring/copying games from the Xbox one X to the older Xbox One through my wired home network (or vice versa)? If so, how?

I would rather do this instead of having to download games twice (& possibly going over my 1TB cap). Especially when some are 40+ GB per game. If this can be done with Game Pass games, can it also be done with regular games (digital and/or disc) and their
updates? Just trying to avoid Comcast's 1TB cap nonsense.

Any suggestions and/or help would be great.

You could also use an external hard drive and just move it between the 2 consoles.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with downloading games on your Xbox Ones. You can locally transfer games using the Network Transfer feature on the Xbox One. To do so, check out this article:

GamePass can be shared by logging into the same account on a different Xbox, but zipping over the game files to the other is something I do not believe is a function of the service.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you are wanting to share your Xbox game pass between two different Xboxes with two different gamertags. If this is the case, it is not possible to do so. Game sharing can be done by adding an Xbox to your family,
but this only applies to games you own. I myself just purchased an Xbox one X, and I also have Xbox game pass ultimate. I was hoping to use my Xbox game pass ultimate subscription on both Xboxes under the same gamertag. You can only be signed in on one Xbox
at a time per gamertag. Xbox game pass games do not qualify for game sharing, you must have your own subscription per each gamertag. I hope this helps, also I hope I understood your question properly.

You can use network transfer to copy games between the two consoles, so that you don't gave to download ganes twice:
