Can I talk to someone that can reset my home console attempts it says I have used all 5

I'm guessing I'm just going 2 have 2 wait until 11/5/2011 to call support and see if they can help even tho they told me 2 use these forums last time I talked 2 them(yesterday). I'll let you all know wat they say, if someone thinks they can help solve my

The account gets 5 home console uses. Once those 5 uses are up, the support agent can check the account and if the Home Console Reset is available for the account, the support agent can reset that count and the customer will get 5 more uses.

Once that reset has been done, the account won't have another reset available for a year.

No special permission is needed. The support agent can do this for the customer only if the reset hasn't been done already.

The home console feature can not be used on a xbox 360.

If it says you have used all 5 up then you have used all 5 up.If you aren't eligible for an exception then you will have to wait.There's nothing anyone on the forums or at xbox support can do.
