I'm having technical problems starting a newly purchased Xbox One S and would like to speak to someone who can help me because prior instruction hasn't worked yet.

You'll need to go to Contact Us | Xbox Support to request a call back (say no thanks to the virtual assistant and if you dont see the option, change your topic)
