    Can I talk to an agent?


    I really need help right now including the fact that i cannot access my account and i cant even contact xbox support. It said that they have noticed suspicious activity on my account and that i needed to verify alot of things, so i sent 2 applications on how to get my account back with all of the information that i know. i have been declined both times and i am not allowed to submit anymore, i would like to talk to an agent to help me with this issue.

    However you mention that you tried to recover the account twice, which was exactly why the request was declined, usually because not enough information was provided.

    Hello, what model and brand you bought from headset and are using, it is wired or wireless?

    If wired, there are two pinout patterns on the market, CTIA and OMTP.

    Open Mobile Terminal Platform (OMTP)

    If you use an OMTP headset, you'll probably have problems with audio or chat. However, if your headset or headphones use the OMTP standard, you can purchase an adapter to convert it to CTIA. These adapters are available in many e-retail stores.

    The following images show the differences between the CTIA and OMTP patterns. The CTIA standard displays the microphone section of the connector closest to the end of the cable; the OMTP standard displays the grounding section of the connector closest to the end of the cable."

    I believe it might be third party issue and not xbox itself making you hear yourself, check the headset your using to see if you have any volume adjusters and try lowering them and then see if you can still hear yourself.
