Can I take my account off of another Xbox while I’m not there?

what you can do is to change your password so nobody will have access to your account on the other console anymore.

You might also add an alternative email and your phone number to protect your account even more.

Well when my dad enabled the parental controls he has since deactivated the parental controls on my account so they are off but it’s like they are still active and functioning while they are off and I’m not able to change anything on my accounts settings on the Xbox

It is strange. Thing is, when I did get in contact with them, they simply sent me to the recover form again which was no help at all. I’ll try calling again but I’m wondering if there is another way this could be fixed? Maybe by an account moderator or someone who can deactivate the 2FA for that account or take off the suspicious activity/lock on the account thing that is preventing me from logging in.

@TheyCallMeBlitz i have done that along with dmzing my router to the Xbox changing my password restoring the Xbox taking the account off the xbox and puting it back on even tried making another account and still did not work

I got my refund money back so now it’s just activisions servers I tried the support thing and there’s only default messages I can sent and I can’t tell them my exact problem it’s weird but I guess I’m just ganna wait I have it’s annoying because I can’t get rewards till they remove it off my account. Hopefully it doesn’t take a couple weeks to remove off my account,
