Can I sync 2 Xbox ones ?

It's important to check if the option to syncing the progress is activated, but in case you encounter the issue again and the option was successfully activated make sure to troubleshoot your network by following the troubleshooting steps listed here => Xbox Support

Progress is saved to your profile (gamertag,) not to the console. So as long as you log in with the same account, it should sync your progress automatically. If it doesn't, check your settings to make sure you didn't accidentally turn syncing/cloud saves off.

Since you are having issues before you can even get to the dashboard can I suggest you clear the update by following these steps:

1. With the Xbox off, on your xbox press and hold down the Sync button (the one used to sync wireless controllers)

2. While holding down the sync button turn on the xbox on by using the power button on the console

3. Once you reach the dashboard you can release the sync button.



It will go through the update process again hopefully more successfully than previous attempts. This is a last ditch effort but it is worth trying before you go through the repair process.

I had this issue with Fable 2 two weeks ago.

I had to manually save my game because for some reason the auto save feature wasn't syncing.

Also found out save data sync when playing BC games take a little longer to hit the cloud. You can jump from one Xbox to another right away.
