Swap my Gamertags.

You would have to change the GT on the old account to free up the GT you want to use on your main account. There is other way to swap them other than paying to change the tag on each account.

Swap my Gamertags.

I have two Gamertags, one is old and no license attached to it but I love my Gamertag name on it, the other is new and contains all my achievements, is there a way to change my main account's Gamertag to the old one that I have?

Having the same issue - need to swap this gamertag off this email (this is my primary email) so I can move my actual gamertag onto it.

I have a 2 step swap process to go through and can't even get it started by removing this randomly-generated tag off my email.

they did answer something similar on a different one but the answer was to create a third account and then swap gamertag1 to the trash email freeing up your email1 account then you can swap your gamertag2 to your email1, but I think they said you had to
wait 30 day between changing your gamertag before you can put a new gamertag on the email

You can't just delete the email from the account. You can swap it in account management on your console, morph the registered email at account.live.com or delete the registered email out of the system at account.live.com. However, deleting it without swapping
it would make it a "bad" WLID and you wouldn't be able to use your gamertag, as far as I know.

My email account (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) has his own gamertag (zzzxy), now i didn’t knew, this gamertag was created many years ago, however I never used.

Now I have a gamertag on my xbox360, without an email account (live ID if u wanna call it).

When I’m trying to remove/transfer/swap my gamertag to another email account, the system doesn’t let me. That’s the problem. I know I have to remove my old gamertag so I can register my new gamertag with my old email account.

Can I swap my gamertag email?
