Can I submit a case review without knowing the ban duration?

I'm on PS5 and whenever I go to play, I get a message saying I'm suspended for "hate speech" and I can't play online. I can't see the rest of the message because it won't allow me to scroll down to read it, but when I click "learn more" they take me to a web browser with all the community standards. At the bottom it gives me an options to submit a case review.

Ok, so Ill probably just put a random suspension time like 3 or 7 days.

Sub question: is there any way at all I can look at the suspenion duration myself? It wont tell me on the PS5 message or on my microsoft account in the enforcement section. Who would I have to contact? If it's a 3 day suspension I wont bother with the case review, but if its longer like 30+ days, I'd wanna know and try to get it appealed.

If it gives you the option, they can look into how long your suspension is then. You wouldn't need to know the length.

I've never heard of a suspension like yours so I don't know. Typically it would show on the enforcement site or on an Xbox console when you sign in.
