Can I stop logging to Xbox from the app?

Hi,

each time I’m on the xbox app on IOS or W10, it connect me on Xbox One. It’s stupid because it’s doing that even if someone else is playing on the console.

can I be only on the xbox app?

If your tied to one xbox on your network it will do that to you if your on a diff xbox

I believe you can edit the auto connect feature in the app settings.

Microsoft has stopped phone support. I called today and phone support not available told to go online and they hang up.

Also Microsoft actually is preventing Silver accounts from using any Video app. If you are logged in ad try to use an App like Netflix the xbox actually logs you out and then says this app can't be used unless logged in to xbox live. So I log in and try
to open app and same thing the xbox logs out and then give s the same message.

Delete the app from your phone and reinstall it. That generally works on apps like Facebook when it keeps failing to launch or stops logging in. It can be that an auto-update has gone wrong and it is glitched.

Can you try these steps to see if your issue is solved?

Open windows app store (microsoft store)

Log out from your primary account (in the microsoft store)

Go to windows services

Stop "windows update service"

Erase contents of folder: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Restart your computer

Open windows app store, log in yourself

Start xbox app (beta)

Download game
