Yes, perfectly. But the OLED Flex is around €3,500 Euro's or in your country about 17,000 Romanian Lei. The first monitor you referred to was only about 740 Lei. That's quite a difference!

Getting a monitor that has HDMI that you can use on an Xbox Series X|S console is the easy part, pretty much all modern monitors have HDMI. The biggest issue is if you'll get 120Hz to work.

Yes, the Series S also supports 120Hz, but there are fewer games that support such a refresh rate on the S model.

Assuming there isn't any issues with timings (read further down), your current HDMI cable should work. 1080P monitors don't need HDMI 2.1 to get to 120Hz since 1080p is not a high bandwidth display resolution.

Some pointers:

1. Don't go with what the monitors refresh states on the sales page of a website. This refresh rate is for the display port only. Over HDMI, you're max refresh will be 120Hz. So unless you have a gaming PC, it's not worth paying more for 165Hz for example, because you can't use that on a console.
   
2. While I've had a quick look at the manual for the Lenovo monitor and seems to support 120Hz over HDMI, I haven't been able to find any video's or other evidence that it works. And this is where 'timings' becomes an issue. PC's don't care if the exact refresh rate is 119.88, but consoles do. If your display's timing is not pretty much 120Hz you won't be able to use that refresh rate on your console.
   
3. Don't go and buy any monitor for your console. There are now loads of websites and videos on places like YouTube that have reviews and recommendations for monitors (that are also 100% compatible) with your console.

The bigger issue is that many monitors do not use standard timings so that they can make greater performance claims by overclocking the hardware. This interferes with the ability of the Xbox to display properly. You should look for online reviews, or contact the manufacturer for compatibility information.
