    Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Recovery> Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

    when i get to this screen it takes me to my current account and the second option won't work at all as there is just a blank screen is there no physical number to use for support on account recovery

    i tried that but it just takes me to a page that does not work and recovery for the wrong account i'm trying to talk to a person either on phone or something because nothing here works
