    Can I share my Xbox profile with friend who is palying on PC, for game pass games only?


    I'm using only my Xbox profile with the Game Pass Ultimate, and my friend is playing on a PC, will it be possible to provide him with credentials, so he could use my Game Pass membership but for PC only? And if there are any penalties or suspensions for this?

    You can. You shouldn't let anyone else use your account.

    Sharing your account information to do so would violate the terms of service and put you at risk for being banned. Sharing on the PC is not done the same as sharing on a console.

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    If you have Ultimate you can share with him
