Can I set screen time on myself?

Only child accounts can have a screentime set. Adult accounts dont have that option as you have seen. Nothing is transferrable between accounts either unfortunately.

Screen time limits are only available for child accounts.

I am having the same problem only this started occurring after I set up my Cable to work with my X1 and then turned on all power on/power off settings.

Then I tried to join a game I was invited to, and it kicked me back to the home screen.

So I rebooted and now I have a blank screen every time I boot up my xbox even though I can hear myself moving through the menu items

Home, Xbox Guide, and Settings section. However, I am happy to share that shortly after your post was made, a family timer feature was introduced! Parents who have child accounts can now set screen time limitations through our
Microsoft Family page. Be sure to be signed into the parent account to set those limitations.
