    Can I Reset my xbox and Keep the Games to Sell so that I Can Sell it for more money


    I don't know who to ask but if I'm selling an old xbox and select reset but keep games because I wan't to add more value to whoever ends up purchasing it. Will the client be able to use their own account to access the games?

    the games will not run without the account, it is also against the law to give those games away with the console and is also against the TOC.

    The games are not yours to give away or sell on, you don't own the games, you purchase a licence to play those games, the licence is between you and the publisher of the game/s, your are in breach of the licence if you do sell them on or give them away.

    It is a violation of TOS to sell accounts and doing so, or using them can lead to account and hardware bans

    I'm not selling an account. I'm selling the xbox itself which has games preinstalled. I'm wondering can they still use the games even if they have their OWN ACCOUNT.

    not needing money and wanting more money are not exclusive statements. Why keep a free system when you can sell it and buy another while making money on the deal?
