    Can I reset my gameshares?


    I was gamesharing with my cousin for awhile. But then all of a sudden it disconnected us or something. Now I can't gameshare back with him because I've reached the limit. I'm wondering if there's a way I can get my gameshares reset. Any help will be appreciated.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us     & they may reset the limit for you but they are under no obligation to do so.

    As a rule you can only set your home console 3 times every 12 months.

    I can play the game I just dont have the add ons, and hard resetting and uninstalled and reinstalled didnt work. We also stopped gamesharing and gameshared again too

    xbox support is the only people that can reset the Home xbox counter if the account is eligible for a reset if support told you they can not reset it then you will have to wait the year to change your home console.

    i did a factory reset. yes it is a home console ( no gamesharing or accountsharing ) everything was buyed normally with my account.
