If you are completely neither do your kids or you own a Microsoft account then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox sidenot even support would be able to cancel it

You need to contact your bank and tell them about your situation. Each bank has its own ways to deal with these type of stuff so I really do not know the exact procedure

I am signed in with the account that bought the game but when i try to load the game (rainbow six siege) it kicks me out and says the person who bought this needs to sign in so when i looked up what to do it told me to go to settings then general then personalize and click on my home Xbox which i did and it wasn't check marked so i went to check mark it and it says I've used all 5 of my switches. Although i know for a fact I've never unchecked that box, so i'm stuck without being able to play any games right now. I don't know what you could do about it whether it would be adding another switch to my account or what but i haven't been able to play for 3 or 4 days now. Im not sure if you need it or not but the name of the account is SniPe Herro

In requesting a call it will be on Xbox Support site but I can definitely help you.

First, make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the game was purchased, to check sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, make sure that it is stated as “completed”. If you’re using the account where the game was purchased no need to set your account as Home Xbox.
