Can I remove or signout of a 360 live account from my phone

You can definitely remove account access from a console! This will only keep others from accessing your profile on the console, but the games will still be available due to a console license; they won't be able to make any purchases, though, and you will
still be able to access your own games on a new console.

Follow the steps on our
Manage your sign-in preferences on your Xbox 360 console account to revoke access remotely. Be sure to do a

license transfer to a new 360 console to remove access to your games on the old console, too.

I'm in the Delta ring Insider. This says that my machine is potentially running a "beta" code that is different from most others and could have unexpected results.

You can try the standard things but if they don't work you can either live with it for now or re-image the Xbox to a standard build.

I was having same issue since yesterday and finally can sign in. In my case I switched from an xbox 360 fat to the 360 slim and didn't signout my xbox profile on the 360 fat before attempting to signin on other xbox. if you have 2-step verification active, you have to use the App Password to login
