    Can I remove my age checking information?


    Hi.

    I'm Korean. (South Korea)

    I cannot use XBOX web site because when I use page in xbox.com, that page is redirected to 'http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings'.

    I checked customer support center through phone but she said that xbox.com has logical bug about checking customer's age.

    I think that if Microsoft delete my age information or all of information about xbox.com, I can check my age normally but I cannot remove my information.

    What can I do?

    I already check that my microsoft account is adult account through Customer Service of South Korea.

    Thanks, now I remembered that I updated my email once, looks like I won't be able to play any battelfield for the next six years x)

    When I view that site it says that I was born the 15th of July 1993 (which I am) and that is over 18, but I still can't upgrade my xbox live account.

    Was the birthdate ever changed? Because it would have used the birthdate listed when the account was created. If it wasn't filled out or was changed at all, that could lead to your issue.
