Can I reinstall Minecraft game?

If the game was purchased through your account then you should be able to find it as you own the game license. You need to Check your Xbox purchase history | Xbox Support just to make sure that the purchase was made through your account. If that's the case, we suggest removing your account the re-add it to your console and follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.
   
2. Under Games, you will see all games you own.
   
3. If a game you own has not yet been installed on your console, you will see a download icon on the game title. Selecting the title will prompt you to install the game if you want to play it.
   

When you get the chance, go through those steps and let us know if that helped or if you had gotten stuck at any point.
